Within 14 days of purchase, you can have a full refund if the delivered data does not match the published datasheet: the task count, the fields, or traceability to the cited SEC filings.

Request the refund by emailing data@tickmarkbench.com with the order email. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Otherwise sales of digital data are final, except where the law requires a refund.
