Tickmark Bench sells a digital dataset: graded questions built from public SEC EDGAR filings. The filings stay public. What you buy is this compilation, the questions, and the reference answers, delivered as one zip: tasks.jsonl, grade.py, README, datasheet, license and checksums.
Core is one zip: tasks.jsonl, grade.py, README, datasheet, license and checksums, current on the day you pay. The download link arrives by email from data@tickmarkbench.com. It lasts seven days and works for five downloads. What the zip contains, and what stays with the filer, is on the Rights page.
The license lets your organization use the zip for training, evaluation, and internal research. It does not let you resell the zip, post it as a public dataset, or hold it out as an official SEC product or a Prime Intellect product. Verifiers is the file format the tasks ship in.
Questions can be wrong. A reference value is taken from a filed XBRL fact or computed from filed XBRL facts. It is not investment advice, and it is not a promise that a model trained on the set will score a particular way.
Payment is handled by Stripe. The refund policy says when a charge can be undone. The privacy notice says what we keep. Write to data@tickmarkbench.com about either.
